Too much, here in my hands I have the 49 cent un-chromed Custom Motorcycle kit in !/25 scale by Revell. In the package un-built. It is gonna stay that way, it looks like it'd be a miracle to get some of those spindly lil' parts off the tree without breaking them. I'm gonna post some of my Triumph goodies soon. While digging through my stash,in preparation of getting a '57 and a '66 full scale 650's together,I'm finding all kinds of toys and goodies Triumph or motorcycle related. The model I have has a single headlight, solo saddle, and cool little Bates meggas. And a teeny ribbed front tire and an equally miniscule trials universal rear. I'd like to find the larger scale Triumphs that Revell did in the 60's. Maybe they still make them...?

Now is that a 1/8 Tiger 100 model in your earlier post? Just found a 1964 Boy's Life magazine on the web that had an article about the "new" Revell Triumph model. I bought one when I was a kid living back East, reading Roth's Chopper mags, listening to the Beach Boys, and dreaming about getting back to California. Of course I chopped it, with brass tubing extended forks. And without a raked neck it kept falling over when I parked it. All I could find was 1/9 scale Harley chopper models on the web...guess I'll be running down to the local hobby shop soon.
